Wines are harvested at the peak of ripeness to strike a balance between good acidity yet retaining full tannin maturity. Wines are matured in oak barrels and topped up to maintain a constant level of wine. Oak ageing adds to the aromatic complexity . Madame Veuve Point has a low speed, fully inverted, pressurised bottling line fed by gravity, located close to the vats to minimise exposure to oxygen and prevent loss in aromas, thereby preserving all the qualities of wine you enjoy.
