Payment Terms

  • By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
  • In these terms and conditions and the Special Conditions (as defined below) (collectively referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"), "GCC" or "we" or "us" means Grand Cru Cellar International Limited, and the "customer" or "you" means any person, firm, company or body which places an order with us.
  • We shall make every effort to ensure product(s) displayed at our e-store are in stock. If from time to time any products become out of stock, we reserve the right to offer alternative product(s) of similar value and style.
  • All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
  • All sales are considered final. No cancellations will be accepted. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to food safety issues.
  • If you place an order through our online website, please proceed to the shopping cart and checkout page to make the payment.
  • If you place an order through Whatsapp, please settle the payment within 24 hours.
  • If you are purchasing a pre-order product, our team will assist you and provide you with an invoice. Please settle the payment within 24 hours.
  • We accept Faster Payment System (FPS), bank transfer, Visa, Master, American Express, WeChat Pay, Alipay and Payme. If you are using Visa for payment, the maximum transaction amount is $12,000. If the transaction exceeds this maximum amount, we will contact you to arrange payment by bank transfer.
  • To protect both merchants and purchaser. GCC reserves the right request purchaser to provide proof of ownership of the used credit card.
  • We shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect) of revenue, loss of profits or any indirect or consequential loss whatsoever suffered, sustained or incurred by you or by other person arising (directly or indirectly) out of the sale and purchase transaction with you.
  • Upon confirming the order, the customer must pick-up (whether through local pick-up or delivery) within 2 weeks, otherwise a storage fee will be charged.

  • Free delivery within Hong Kong for purchases over HK$1500
  • Orders $1500 and below will be subject to a HK$150 delivery fee
  • Remote Areas such as: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Llama Island, Peng Chau (including by not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk Tsuen, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O etc.) are subject to additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a delivery quotation.
  • Upon order confirmation, we will deliver your order within 2-5 business days
  • We deliver Monday - Saturday, 11am-6pm
  • Extra charges may apply for urgent deliveries
  • Delivery services will be suspended when typhoon signal 8 or black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Our team will contact you to reschedule delivery

Refund Policy

  • Wine or champagne over 20 years old shall not be refunded in any event.
  • Under normal circumstances, we will not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
  • If there are any damaged or missing products upon delivery, you (the customer) must contact us with photo evidence within 3 days of delivery.
  • If we agree you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, you may return such product to us and apply the amount paid to buy alternative product(s).
  • Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt must be produced to us for the request of a product exchange.
  • In exceptional case at our sole discretion, we will refund the amount paid to your credit card bank account. The customer bears all fees associated with refunds.
