➀ Tasting Notes: Medium ruby colour with elegant aromas of ripe strawberry, red cherry and raspberry, complemented by hints of rose, violet, gentle herbs, a touch of licorice and a fine chalky, stony minerality; on the palate it is dry, medium-bodied and silky, with fresh acidity and smooth, refined tannins, delivering pure, sweet-tinged red fruit over a subtle mineral backbone, finishing graceful, savoury and very drinkable.
