➀ Tasting Notes: This is also distinctly cool and restrained with more sauvage character to the plum, herbal tea and freshly turned earth scents. The delicious and attractively energetic flavors are not especially dense but I like the delineation and salinity that gradually emerges on the youthfully austere and beautifully complex finale. This too should drink well after only 5 to 7 years if that's your preference. — Burghound
