➀ Tasting Notes: Fresh and complex, with aromas of white fruits such as apple, pear, and peach, as well as floral notes of white flowers. Aromas of fresh butter and toasted hazelnut are also present, along with a subtle minerality reminiscent of flint. It is round and creamy, with a lovely acidity that brings freshness. The flavors of white fruits are prominent on the palate, with notes of honey and brioche adding complexity. The finish is long and persistent, with lingering flavors of toasted hazelnuts.
