Tasting

Tasting Notes: A more elegant, cooler and airier nose reflects notes of green apple, acacia and a variety of citrus influences. There is a notably finer mouth feel to the appealingly textured, intense and mineral-inflected middle weight flavors that deliver markedly better depth and persistence on the dry but not really austere finish where once again a hint of warmth emerges. In a word, lovely. — Burghound
