➀ Tasting Notes: Medium ruby colour with a garnet-tinged rim, offering evolved aromas of ripe and dried red and black herry, plum and red berry compote, alongside notes of leather, mushroom, undergrowth, tobacco, gentle spice and earthy, mineral tones, clearly reflecting its mature stage of development. On the palate it is medium-bodied with lively acidity and resolved, fine tannins; the fruit profile leans towards dried berries and cherry, mingling with savoury leather, forest floor and gamey nuances, leading to a medium-long, subtly spicy and earthy finish, elegance and tertiary.
