➀ Tasting Notes: Superbly elegant mix of red and black pinot fruit aromas nuanced with touches of spice, earth and a hint of smoke. I particularly like the textured and velvety mouth feel of the rich, sweet and moderately structured flavors that offer excellent finishing persistence and outstanding balance. This should age and improve gracefully for up to a decade and drink well for another after that. — Burghound
