➀ Tasting Notes: a beautiful, well-defined, complex bouquet of raspberry, wild strawberry, pain d'épices and minerals. The palate is medium-bodied with silky smooth tannin, good depth of fruit and crucially a keen line of acidity that maintains the tension. There is a subtle spicy, almost white pepper element on the finish.
