Tasting

Tasting Notes: Very firm reduction does not extend to the well-delineated and energetic middle weight flavors that terminate with cuts-like-a-knife delineation on the intensely mineral-inflected finish. This is also somewhat youthfully austere with fine complexity and an almost Chablis-like salinity on the balanced backend. — Burghound
