➀ Tasting Notes: The wine offers up a stunningly pure and complex nose of lemon blossoms, apple, white peach, a great base of terres blanches soil tones, citrus oils and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, full-bodied, pure and gorgeously complex, with ripe acids, superb focus and balance and brilliant length and grip on the very intensely flavored finish.
