➀ Tasting Notes: As one would reasonably expect, this is the most reserved wine in the range with its reluctant nose of red cherry and blue berry fruit aromas and warm earth notes that precede the tight, intense and firm medium full flavors that are linear, precise and vibrant on the intensely mineral-infused finish. This will require more time to reach its peak though as Bonnes Mares goes, this is still crafted in a more forward style. There is firmer acidity here that confers a more obvious sense of structure to the finish. — Burghound
