Tasting

Tasting Notes: This too is aromatically reserved with ripe nuances of poached plum, truffle and earth. The lilting and refined medium weight flavors exude evident salinity on the delicious if again ever-so-mildly drying finish that also strikes me as being due to the recent bottling. This is finer than the Mazy if not quite as complex though this should be more than capable of adding depth with time in bottle.— Burghound
