➀ Tasting Notes: The 2001 vintage saw warm weather and ripe fruit. Fermentation was carried out using natural yeast, with one-third aged in stainless steel tanks and two-thirds in 225-liter French oak barrels for six months. It reveals aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and herbal tones, complemented by minerality and oak nuances. The palate is fresh, with bright acidity and a long, lingering finish.
