Tasting

Tasting Notes: Relatively strong mineral reduction notes presently dominate the still lightly sulfured nose. There is good richness to the round, delicious and solidly complex mineral-driven flavors that culminate in a notably dry, clean and lingering finish. Not surprisingly, at this early stage there is still limited depth and this is going to require a few years of bottle age before it emerges from its shell. — Burghound
