➀ Tasting Notes: Firm reduction is the order of the day but it shouldn't last as there is excellent freshness and verve to the solidly mineral-driven medium weight flavors that are elegant to the point of being almost delicate on the bitter lemon-inflected finish that is presently slightly austere.
