                    Tasting
➀ Tasting Notes: Wisps of honeysuckle, white orchard fruit, nectarine, citrus zest and soft wood make for a highly appealing nose. There is a very rich, round and seductive mouth feel to the lush, even opulent middle weight flavors that possess excellent mid-palate density thanks to the abundant dry extract while the balance is maintained by a firm core of ripe acidity on the slightly saline finish that is drier than the mid-palate would suggest. This is at once succulent but entirely serious and is going to need all of a decade to reach its full potential. — Burghound
