                    Tasting
➀ Tasting Notes: The wood treatment is evident but not dominant on the ultra-fresh aromas of plum, cassis, spice, tea and cinnamon. As is usually the case this is a powerful and impressively concentrated Ech with plenty of palate coating dry extract that helps to buffer the notably firm tannic spine shaping the robust but not rustic finale. — Burghound
