➀ Tasting Notes: The Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Petits Monts has a fragrant bouquet, much more floral in style than the Aux Reignots as wilted rose petals suffuse the crushed strawberry and raspberry fruit. There is fine detail here. The palate is medium-bodied with silky-smooth tannins, quite a bit of creamy oak, but it is totally embroidered with the red berry fruit.
