➀ Tasting Notes: A fresh and relatively fruity nose of red currant, raspberry and a touch of earth. There is good detail if limited mid-palate concentration to the barely middle weight flavors that possess acceptable complexity on the lightly mineral-inflected finish that displays just a hint of austerity. While not really a poor wine, one expects more from a high quality premier cru like Les Millandes. — Burghound
