➀ Tasting Notes: A background hint of volatile acidity is present on the mildly funky nose of red berries, earth and discreet floral and spice whiffs. There is good verve to the delicious middle weight flavors that possess reasonable depth and persistence on the otherwise mildly edgy finale.
