➀ Tasting Notes: The 2014 Nuits St Georges 1er Cru les Pruliers has a glorious bouquet, one that is beautifully defined with wilted rose petals infusing the pure, mineral-driven, red berry fruit. There is a sense of completeness here. The palate is crisp and fresh with succulent tannin, blood orange infusing the red and black fruit that dovetails into a sorbet-like finish.
