➀ Tasting Notes: There is just enough unabsorbed sulfur present to push the notes of ripe white orchard fruit, spice and lavender scents to the background. Here too the medium weight flavors possess a creamy mid-palate yet there is much more evident minerality suffusing the balanced, long and more complex finale. This is really quite good and a wine that is blessed with a bit more underlying material.
