➀ Tasting Notes: A restrained yet finely etched nose unfolds with pear, ripe citrus and white peach, gradually deepening into hazelnut, acacia blossom and a faint buttery patina from careful oak. There is impressive inner tension beneath the wine’s creamy surface, with a subtly chalky undertow and well-judged acidity giving the palate definition and poise. The finish is long, precise and gently saline, leaving a vivid impression of mineral finesse.
