酒莊堅持從葡萄收穫到裝瓶，都進行嚴格的檢驗和尊重葡萄的天然風味。通常在9月15日左右開始收穫葡萄，正如創始人所說：“好酒源自好葡萄”。酒莊要求葡萄成熟度及酸度適中，單寧充分。在清晨趁涼時收穫，在人工挑選後，整串葡萄進入壓榨機，在10°C的低溫下浸泡24-36小時，再轉移到大桶進行發酵。酒莊使用不超過10%的新桶釀酒，以免木香掩蓋了葡萄的本質。裝瓶時根據每種葡萄酒的特性決定裝瓶時間，並用低速、重力式的裝瓶線，避免氧氣對香氣的影響。❖進入酒莊官網❖
